Another reaction to the Lion highlights. Lmao....

Trump has a 50% tarriff on Brazil goods, including coffee. A real president would help American consumers with regards to prices if there a shortage because of storms, droughts or wars. Trump has done the opposite. He did this to Brazil because they brought his buddy, the president, up on corruption charges. Pretending he ripped a hamstring scared the bejeezes outta me. I couldn't agree more, my first thought was..."there goes the season." Not the least bit funny. .the color man announcer was laughing....idiot.

The problem is the companies that DO pass along the extra costs to their customers. And it's also the issue I have with tarriffs. They are a direct tax on consumers, when Trump talks about the money the tarriffs have brought in, that money is an additional consumer tax. And i fear many companies won't lower prices if the tarriff is taken away, they just increase their profits. Trump is/has destroyed our economy and we have over 3 more years of that moron in charge.

I am totally against political violence. 100% against it. But people should voice their displeasure at the ballot box. But with that being said, it takes a lot of nerve for these politicians to take tax money, vote to take away people's rights and then vote to use even more tax money to double their security. They only work part time and most make 3 or 4 times more than the average American, who pay taxes to support them. Let them hire their own security and use tax dollars to help typical citizens.

I do that for other sports but I usually watch football live. I just...can't wait. Lol...but I often mute the irritating commercials.

I watch baseball with the At Bat TV app. They broadcast both teams announcers. There are a few teams that have neutral type announcers that make it hard to tell which team they're from. Those are usually the best announcers, more professional. And they never get names incorrect.

All the sports take away playoff games from local broadcasts and sell it in a national package. And the networks, and ESPN, pay billions of dollars for the rights to braloadcast football. I think they should sync the local radio feed with the network video. That would basically be the same thing as having a local broadcast. The radio guys have to describe the action better since there's no video to show people. That means much less moronic banter like the major networks offer. They really don't prepare for their job, calling BB...Dion Branch? One of the best safeties in football and his "partner" didn't even correct him? Yeah, a terrible broadcast.

A local announcing crew for only the home team? Or a local crew for the Metro Detroit area, a visiting teams local crew and then a national crew for the rest of the country?

It has to be hard for teams that are way out of a race mid-season. Even with the extra playoff teams, some teams know they can't compete. But teams in a race probably look forward to the games and it probably helps keep their focus. But I agree it's a very long season.
