The Lions are 35-9 in their last 44 games. This has to be the best stretch this team has ever had. And while I'm usually optimistic going into a new season, the last few years has been highly optimistic. Just...beat the Pack!!

Manning just showed highly inaccurate throws. And it didn't look like he could read the OSU defense, coached by Matt Patricia. One ESPN talking head made a good point, Manning looked better running a hurry up offense but Texas didn't stick with it. I like good close games too but I would much prefer watching Ohio State lose. Their fans can/will be insufferable.

No...Big Picture. Sign or trade for several arms. Or even the waiver wire. If a couple/few work out, good job. Think about it, in 2024, there were zero expectations of making a playoff run. It was why we were sellers at the deadline. But with a contending team, front office mistakes are magnified. Finnegan has been really good, so far. Paddack? Just the opposite. He should now be on a very short leash, maybe that's why Hinch got him out of there today. It was a really good use of his BP today.

Now do Paddack's. He's given up 12 runs in his last 14.1 IP.

Has Harris signed any bullpen arms for more than one year? He gave Maeda 2 years but that was with the idea to be a SP. He just stunk so bad he ended up as a mop up BP pitcher.
