Michigan knows Iowa has no offense and maybe they are purposely playing the most vanilla game they can get away with so they don't show much of anything. But keep in mind that Iowa's defense is probably better than any of the playoff teams. Michigan is going to really struggle in the playoff game. If the CFB Playoff Committee takes any recency bias into account and how a team has looked recently than Washington deserves to be #1. This offense has been dreadful tonight. Washington looked electric and went toe-to-toe with Oregon and even came back on offense to get the win. As much as I want us to be #1, I just can't help but feel Washington should be given how good they looked against Oregon and how pathetic we've looked tonight on offense. They did exactly the same thing against Georgia a couple years ago and got their teeth kicked in as a result.
