Same here.  I will mostly come out a little bit ahead, but not enough where it's going to make my life any better.  I don't need a break.  Give the same break to someone else who can use it.

Same here, but it’s not worth it. My parents are worried about my disabled sister losing her Medicare.

As a fiscal conservative, I have never been against a bill that might cause pain, if it could provide a clear path to helping set up the next generation for success.  This is the exact opposite of that.  I purposefully tried to find conservative media's take on this and for the ones that talked about the nuts and bolts of this bill and not just the republican talking points, none of them liked this.  Absolutely horrid.

All due respect, most of the rest of us could see very clearly that it was always coming to this, that it was only about the super rich getting the money and the rest of us getting the shaft. How many recent “respectable” Republican presidents (and Clinton) provided the uber-rich generous tax cuts while ballooning the deficit at the same time? It’s true—you can easily look it up. The main thing that makes the Trump tax cuts different is that added feature of cruelty to poor people for sport.

I never said the administration did things the right way.  That said, he was here illegally, had a final order of deportation and is on policy body cam with an envelope full of money and a vehicle full of illegals.   He deserves little to no sympathy.

Even people with good insurance will feel the effects of this. Hospitals will be losing so much money, they'll be forced to shut down. MAGA doesn't realize that people won't be going to a primary doctor so their problems will get worse and worse. That will get them to emergency room where the law says they HAVE to be treated. And since they can't pay, the people who can pay will be forced to make up the difference. That $35 x-ray will be costing $300. IF they can find a hospital that isn't closed. It may be 100 miles away with a 5 hour wait. So good insurance? Kinda useless...

The way this is going to mess with Medicaid is going to cause a lot of stress, and it will absolutely result in hospitals in rural areas closing. That's pretty much baked in.

I believe in humanity and have empathy, so even if he’s committed the things that he’s been accused of the cruel punishment doesn’t fit the crime. To not give a crap what happens to him is wrong.

You said based on the evidence? What evidence was presented? The only "evidence" i hear is hearsay. Noting was ever disclosed in any court. He wasn't even arrested. But the court of public opinion was enough to send him to a foreign gulag. Yeah, America...

The police bodycam was made public.  It is blatantly obvious what's going on in it.
