I'm not suggesting they have a job to do to elect democrats but their readers and viewers have to realize that just talking about things in a way that's framed from a pre trump world will not reach the required people to the degree to win elections. I'm talking about sunday talk shows, nightly talk shows, etc. We can preach all we want about how horrible he is and his admin is but you need a D congress to begin to attack it. As long as they rubber stamp his ideas then they will become laws. The game plan different now. The scoring system is different. It's cricket vs baseball. I saw a great post on bluesky the other day. Something to the effect of "Has the pod saved America yet?" 1 Quote
Motown Bombers Posted August 15 Posted August 15 God I hate the Pod Save Bros. They road on Obama's coattails and did nothing for four year but attack Biden. None of these right wing podcasts attack Trump all day. The Bulwark, especially Tim Miller, said anyone but Biden would beat Trump. Harris is anyone but Biden. The Bulwark couldn't get their Haley voters to vote for Harris. I don't care much for the Lincoln Project, but they at least know how to vote dirty and understand the enemy is Trump and not Biden, dems or Harris. Quote

I think it's 50/50 Franklin Graham is in the Epstein files. 1 Quote

Fox has a long history of pushing back on Trump in the moment only to cave over time. I think they're trying to find an opening to extract themselves from his iron grip on their playground. It's always failed so far. Maybe it'll work this time. Yeah, right. Quote

I saw that Putin invited Trump to Russia so right now it looks like the plan is for Putin to continue playing Trump for a sucker a while longer. Edited August 16 by GalagaGuy Quote

Putin has the goods. I’m not talking about pee tapes or reports with Epstein. Trump has done enough shady real estate deals with Russian gangsters to keep him an underling in this relationship Quote

And unfortunately we're still tripping over it. We need side by side shots of Biden and Trump walking, climbing stairs, interviews, etc. He's losing it fast The scary part is it really doesn't matter because he's not the real Puppet Master. We need to expose the true Wizard, whomever that may be. Quote
