Trump is like when there is a comic you absolutely don't think is funny at all is selling out shows and is everywhere in media. Reinforces your innate sense that every one else in this world is crazy.

Apparently, Cancer rates for certain high lethality types (e.g., Pancreatic) in Iowa is a central feature of these races there.  People do not want to face death because its more profitable for agribusiness.
