Moore was following a bunch of OnlyFans models on IG lol

Yeah, this is why I think it is weird how a bunch of people are like "everyone, this is very serious, he said he is going to kill himself, lets all pray for this troubled man"

He is doing the teenage boyfriend thing when their girlfriend dumps them after 2 weeks of "dating" - "I AM GOING TO KILL MYSELF, I SWEAR!!!!!"

Dude is a scumbag. His wife, his victim(s?), his kids are who deserve sympathy here.

So I took the bit went to ChatGPT...recommendations. I included a new AD

Quote

Most Realistic, High-Probability Pairings

1. Heather Lyke (AD) + Lance Leipold (HC)

Why this is the most realistic pairing:

Lyke is a Michigan alum and former associate AD — familiar but not part of recent scandals.

She’s deeply respected for culture-first leadership at Pitt.

Leipold brings zero drama, elite culture, and proven rebuild skills.

No NCAA issues, universally respected, beloved by players.

This combination is:

Ethical ✔

Stable ✔

Winnable ✔

Hire-able ✔ (both very attainable)

Most likely to be rubber-stamped by regents and faculty senate.

2. Pat Chun (AD) + Chris Petersen (HC)

If Michigan swings big on culture, this is the dream package.

Chun & Petersen built the cleanest, most player-first culture in the Pac-12 at Washington.

They work exceptionally well together.

Petersen is the gold standard of ethical leadership in modern college football.

This combo instantly restores trust at every level: faculty, donors, alumni, presidents.

Risk: Petersen prefers privacy and may not want to return to coaching — but if he would, this is the home run.

3. Heather Lyke (AD) + David Shaw (HC)

Why this works for Michigan:

Shaw is the most universally respected “ethical coach” after Petersen.

Clean record, intellectual approach, known for calm, stable leadership.

Fits Michigan’s academic identity.

Lyke + Shaw would be embraced by faculty, administration, and traditionalist donors.

Also very realistic if Shaw wants back in.

I wouldn't be angry if they at least interviewed Chris Petersen but think they could do better. Petersen had a lot of success at Bosie and then did well at Washington too with a 12 win season and multiple 10 win seasons. My main issue with him is that he has been out of coaching for 5 years and has never coached in the NIL era. He may also not want to come back to coaching period as he retired due to burnout I believe.

Back when they had hired Hoke, Petersen was one of the guys I wanted here at Michigan. He was near the top of my list and I certainly wanted him over Hoke. I think that era and this are completely different and Petersen has never coached in the modern NIL era and that matters.

Petersen hasnt coached in a decade.  and he was a west coast guy.  why, tater?  why?

if youre pining for mid 2010s success, why not just get chip kelly?  lol.

I know Petersen doesn't meet the requirement of being a Michigan Man. Ladies and gentleman, we'd like to welcome our new Head Coach and Michigan Man through and through, Ron English.

In all seriousness, I'm not pining for Petersen, all I said is I wouldn't be mad if he got an interview since his name was brought up earlier by someone else. I think there are several candidates that could get interviews. Petersen wouldn't be the worst of the bunch. I've seen people and media outlets suggesting Jeff Brohm, Dan Mullen, Manny Diaz, Butch Jones, Lance Leipold, Matt Patricia. LOL, Petersen would be as good or better an option than any of those.

WCPO would do well to just establish a Michigan Football division for these yearly scandals. They can handle all tunnel fiascos, former coach assaults, disputes between coaches and the NCAA, and gun charges involving defensive linemen.

I know nothing about law enforcement procedures.   Is it common for someone under suicide watch to wait on charges and arraignment but still keep under custody?

It's not unheard of for someone to sit in detention for 24-72 hours before getting arraigned. Depends on the county, judge, courts, case load, charges, etc. That's regardless of suicide watch. Suicide watch in the jails is usually just an isolation cell, more regular supervision, and special clothing.

They will also get the normal portal that is from Jan 2nd-Jan 16th.

Michigan football transfer rules after Sherrone Moore firing

Quote

Also, instead of a 30-day transfer window for players after a coaching change, a new NCAA rule ratified in September gives players a 15-day window to enter the transfer portal starting five days after a new full-time coach is hired at a program. Depending on when a new coach is hired at Michigan, this could give Michigan players a second 15-day window to enter into the portal.

There has to be a charge first and they are figuring that part out.    Cant go before court without a charge, but the suicide watch will delay that while they make sure the person is as stable as they are going to possibly be.    What a mess.
