Or, land on a number of Super Conferences either 4 with 20 teams or 8 with 10 teams or 8 with 8 teams. The champion of each conference goes to a playoff. Take voting committees out of it. Sorry Notre Dame, choke on it. Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted yesterday at 01:51 PM Posted yesterday at 01:51 PM Maybe Michigan should hire Tony Annese from Ferris State after they won a 4th straight National Title lol. What the hell, it worked for Ohio State hiring Jim Tressel from Youngstown State. Quote

GalagaGuy Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Good, maybe now Michigan will run something other than the most boring offense in football. Quote

Can’t wait for this “super league” to form, further shut out the MACs and WACs and whatnots, but then still schedule them for “out of super league” games. Quote

If he hires someone - he might be out. But since there is no University President right now, they kind of have to keep him. I doubt there is a strong #2 in the department (by design). Quote

He's very plugged into Ann Arbor and the whole state and he managed to keep Jayru Campbell out of trouble for a few years. Edited 18 hours ago by Motor City Sonics Quote

I think Warde would be out there working - if they are letting him. I think the question is does he even have sanction to do anything or has he be been told to tread water until Grasso and the regents get their postmortem report from their investigators and they decide if he stays. Deleterious Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago Inside Sherrone Moore’s downfall: Instagram messages, emotional outbursts and Michigan’s breaking point Quote ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Five women contacted by The Athletic said they had strange or uncomfortable exchanges with former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore on Instagram as recently as last month and dating as far back as 2020. Quote The Athletic spoke with more than 20 people, including current and former staff members, players, school officials and women who interacted with Moore on social media, on the condition of anonymity so they could speak candidly about Moore. They paint a picture of a coach who became increasingly volatile before his firing and subsequent arrest and arraignment on felony and misdemeanor charges for alleged crimes against the staffer. Moore would break down sobbing in staff meetings and lash out at other coaches, according to three program sources who witnessed the behavior. He was seen eavesdropping on closed-door meetings inside Schembechler Hall, one of those people said, and fellow staff members became concerned about his mental state. Quote
buddha Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago i dont see how warde manuel could survive this other than they dont want to pay a buyout and they dont want to fore a black AD after firing two high profile black coaches in less than 3 years. just more mess at michigan. must be a day that ends in Y. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) 6 minutes ago, buddha said: i dont see how warde manuel could survive this no argument on that but it's reality that every day he is still there is increasing the odds he's not going anywhere. Another factor is the U is basically shut down until almost the 2nd week in Jan so in the sense that communication across the admin system is going to be sluggish the clock may be somewhat stopped for a decision on Warde even though the football season itself is running overtime in the playoffs and an AD that is still alive needs to be in the middle of his coach search. It's sort of a mismatched situation. Edited 2 hours ago by gehringer_2 Quote
