How do you get a delay of game coming out of a kickoff

Looked like Cristobal broke his headset complaining about the correctly called delay of game.

Now a penalty on Indiana for roughing the passer. There was a hit on Mendoza earlier that should have been called targeting.

Here's a strange dilemma though.   Now Indiana becomes a destination school for football.  So the 4 and 5 stars may consider it.   But Cignetti uses his ability to find the really hungry 2 and 3 stars out to prove everyone wrong and turn it into their very identity.      So does he start considering the guys who don't need to prove as much?    I could see that at QB, because you need the absolute best there.   Or does he stick with what brought him here?    Or does he leave?    You know the NFL is calling today, but he'd be foolish to do that.
