He never even made the majors and was dubbed Jeff "Bedwetter". Yellow Ledbetter for me. 1 1 Quote

Keith, Vierling, McKinstry, Baez, McGonigle, Lee, even Sweeney or Jung might figure out how to hit. Somewhere in that pile of potential there's at least an average season for Hinch to squeeze out. If you have 8 3rd basemen, that isn't a good sign. Quote
chasfh Posted Tuesday at 05:41 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:41 PM I think there’s a good chance we will be at least league average at third, if for no other reason than Colt sticks there and gives us enough stick out of the position to make that happen. Quote

IdahoBert Posted Friday at 04:04 PM Posted Friday at 04:04 PM FYI Indicted Cleveland Guardians pitcher Emmanuel Clase is accused of throwing suspicious pitches to benefit bettors in at least 48 games over two years, significantly more than was initially revealed by federal prosecutors, according to a court document filed Thursday. Federal prosecutors listed nine games in which Clase allegedly threw rigged pitches in the indictment unsealed in November, but teammate and alleged co-conspirator Luis Ortiz's attorney wrote in a filing that the government is accusing Clase of manipulating his performance in dozens of games. ESPN has reached out to attorneys for Clase and Ortiz, as well as the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, which is prosecuting the case. Major League Baseball referred ESPN to its initial statement in which it said it was cooperating with federal prosecutors and declined further comment. Ortiz's attorney, Christos N. Georgalis, asked in the filing for his client's case to be severed from Clase's, arguing that Ortiz and Clase have "markedly different levels of culpability," and his client could not receive a fair trial otherwise. Stormin Posted Saturday at 06:56 PM Posted Saturday at 06:56 PM (edited) Jo Adell trade rumors still being floated. Power right handed bat, 37 HRs last year, .931 OPS against LHP, not bad in RF - bad in CF. Edited Saturday at 07:00 PM by Stormin Quote

MLB...5 game suspension for being a degenerate gambler. A 60 game suspension for smoking a joint. /s But in reality, MLB relaxed their cannabis rules. Players arent test for marijuana anymore in MLB. In the World Classic games? Yes, still tested. Javy banned for a failed cannabis test from a few years ago. https://www.si.com/mlb/tigers/javier-baez-wont-play-in-world-baseball-classic-international-suspension Quote
CMRivdogs Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago The Javy banning was done by the governing body of the World Classic not MLB. Totally separate Organizations Quote
