This happened last inning so I'm a little late with the post but the cliched "compare Detroit player/team to the actual city of Detroit" happened on a "national" sports broadcast. I don't think it's possible for that not to happen no matter the sport.

After a big break on that base running error and getting out of that inning quickly, scoring some runs now would be a good way of thrusting a dagger in the heart.

About the only thing I’ve watched on Apple TV is the first two seasons of the Asimov Foundation series - the third season starts in July - some nature programs and a Godzilla series that was pretty decent.

I’ve been advised repeatedly that Slow Horses is fantastic. It probably is I just don’t know how much of my life I want commit to it. Same thing about Severance. It’s not like I have to be cured of a naïve and slavish love affair with corporate America.

Severence is too slow to develop so skip it but Slow Horses is my favorite series period. But I am bit of an Anglophile and a misfit toy. Plus Gary Oldman and Kristen Scot Thomas  are legit actors. Invest60 minutes on one show and you will know either way.
