A big part of his problem is his control is back down to what it was before last year, he’s throwing strikes to try to make up for it, and he’s getting hit. Plus his curveball was crazy good last year and he was never gonna keep that up.

I just told my wife the same thing a bit ago. Flaherty is declining with each start. Need another reliable starter.

I remember the ‘76 ASG and the ‘77 yearbook.  IIRC there is a picture inside of the three all stars sitting around in the carpeted clubhouse.
