Teslaa is going to be a true weapon for the Lions, if there is one thing they lacked is that receiver that can go up and get 50/50 balls and Teslaa appears to have the ability to do just that.

I must have misheard this, but I thought Lomas Brown just said “that was an MA, what I call a mental error.”

I am a Lomas Brown fan.  I am not a fan of his radio analysis.  He is just a tough listen.

He very well may get cut, unless he’s much better behind closed doors.

He'd best be.  We all know that is when NFL players shine.  What they do when the lights are not on, when they aren't keeping score.  :--)  He's been not good at the on-field part for quite some time now.

If Hooker never got injured that year he likely would've been a 1st round pick, I don't blame the Lions for taking a chance with him but the reason I bring that up is that he looks like just another example of how underrated things like pocket awareness, reading defense and pure accuracy(not just completion % but putting balls in the right spots with right velo and touch) are when evaluating and drafting QBs.

Missed assignment

edit: which is a mental error rather than a physical limitation/lack of skill.

He has always reminded me of a cartoon bear from a Disney movie

The Myles Garrett and Maxx Crosby situations were always more speculative than anything. The Trey Hendrickson trade rumors it seems have more legs because this has been persistent all offseason. I would of course make the trade and work on making it work financially over the next 3 years or so. I presume he'll get a 3 to 4 year deal with a large cap number in his new contract.

Once McNeill returns, assuming Hutch bounces right back to form, and then adding Hendrickson to the mix gives you the chance to potentially have the best defense in the league to go alongside the top scoring offense. We won't be making this trade though because Brad Holmes has a concrete plan in place that he's sticking to and ultimately that's fine because it's gotten us this far.
