I doubt it. Sigh… I read the article, however, that the picture came with. And these were all just general equations unrelated to the space program for obvious reasons. And even though I’d heard it before, it hadn’t sunk in that the term “computer” was originally applied to human beings who could “compute.“ great photograph though and I remember when LIFE Magazine was a big deal.

I'm surprised they had a green chalk board in 1957, but green or black that is a helluva chalk board.

Not sure how accurate that is, but I actually do have a hat with that logo... I mean, a modern recreation, not an original of course.

Yes, pic of me taken at the Joe in 2009. I received the jersey as a Christmas gift in 1984, it’s the only Wings jersey I have ever had and I wear it to games to this day. Have worn it to games in Detroit, Vancouver, Denver, Chicago and Toronto. One of these days I may put together a montage from the past 41 years and post it in the Wings’ forum.

The Tigers have the best record in the AL. I like being the chasee better than the chaser. We control our own destiny, just win all the games and we get home field advantage thru the ALCS. Pretty simple...😆

Royals won today but it was impossible for the magic number to have gone down today anyways. Even if the Royals had lost, the magic number with respect to Cleveland would have remained at 25.

Tigers beat the royals, 7-5. Results from the Guardians game are pending.

Guardians completely fall apart in the bottom of the ninth to lose to the Rangers, 4-3.
