lordstanley Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 Other than Carp’s 9th inning homer last Tuesday and Tork’s homer on Saturday, have the Tigers had one big clutch hit in the past 11+ games? Quote
IdahoBert Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 This is getting tedious. All I do is check in on GameDay and it’s even tedious to do that. It’s like they’re cursed. Quote
tiger2022 Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 Flaherty has pitched a really good game other than the one pitch that ended up in the seats. Quote
Adullin Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 Leadership this team lacks a guy that will step up and inspire others minus Skubal. Quote
Hongbit Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 How do they handle the firing of their batting coach with a 3 headed coach system. Do they all go or is one of them the fall guy? Quote
Sports_Freak Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 It is what it is. Can't really fix anything with just a handful of games left. The time to build a roster in in the off-season and then add any needed players at the trade deadline. Hopefully, this isn't our new normal. Starting out next season 5-40 would be pretty horrible. If Harris and Hinch want to blame the hitting coaches, they would probably replace all of them. But...who knows? Quote
Shinzaki Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 Maybe we can get some lottery luck in the draft Quote

What could (should) have been... Carp hit that 9th inning, game tying home run with 2 outs and the Tigers down a run. In the first of a 3 game series against Cleveland. We then had our closer to get us to the bottom of the 10th tied. He failed and we've lost every game since. Yeah, what coulda been... Quote

We need a few more minor league players who are already blocked by an overloaded minor league system who's players are all blocked by players on the MLB roster. Quote

monkeytargets39 Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 Hinch saying he doesn’t care about handedness as some people might think is laughable. You can set your watch to his moves. 1 Quote

lordstanley Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 The Tigers have scored more than 2 runs just twice in the past 8 games and with 6 outs to go they haven’t done so tonight. Quote
