GalagaGuy Posted June 16 Posted June 16 I can't see any team giving up their first round pick to get this dude and wouldn't be surprised if nobody was willing to give up a second. Quote

I’m not sure anyone will give up anything. He’ll get a tryout somewhere, but why would you give up assets for someone who’s been shouting from the courthouse steps “I’m bat**** crazy and couldn’t help but bet on sports!” It’s also not like he’s an instant starter. Anything more than a late round pick is stupid. Quote

casimir Posted June 16 Posted June 16 What's the over/under on the round number he gets selected? Quote

Deleterious Posted June 23 Author Posted June 23 The NFL announced they will not hold a supplemental draft this year I wonder if Sorsby likes poutine. 1 Quote
romad1 Posted June 30 Posted June 30 In a sane World, the NFL would bar this guy and not look back. Quote
Hongbit Posted August 4 Posted August 4 I’m the farthest thing from an Oregon defender but the coaches got this flipped. Ohio State is a wagon on offense. They will be good on defense but are replacing 8 starters and have a below average defensive coordinator. The Ducks are as loaded to start the season as any team in a long, long time. Multiple all-Americans on both sides of the ball. They should start the year at 1. Quote
buddha Posted August 4 Posted August 4 penn state has one of the easiest schedules in the country. 3 cupcakes ooc. no oregon. no ohio state. no indiana. usc at home. only road trips to michigan and washington prevent them from being a lock for the playoff. new coach so its not easy to say how they'll be, but i wouldnt be shocked if they end up 10-2. buddha Posted August 4 Posted August 4 michigan, otoh, has a brutal schedule. i can see them anywhere from 10-2 to 6-6. Quote
microline133 Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Penn State vs USC whiteout game in October with the boys.....should be a great time! 1 Quote

I will point out that you are saying this while ignoring that Oregon is going with a rookie DC that was an internal hire. It is a fair comment they are replacing 8 starters on D including Caleb Downs, who was generational. With THAT said, I do not think either team will finish season 1 or 2 and preseason polls are dumb Quote

He had 3 top 11 NFL picks and 7 total drafted on his defense. It would’ve been nearly impossible for that group not to excel. That’s like being dealt 4 Aces. He’s got no place to hide this year and I expect the pitchforks will be out. Quote
buddha Posted August 6 Posted August 6 ohio state probably has a ton of talent on defense. maybe not as many first round picks, but osu plays on a different level than almost any other school when it comes to athletes. Quote

I totally get why Lions fans hate the guy, he is a terrible head coach, but come on. Quote

I mean I have an idea what having a new leader means (i.e., she's going to brutalize one person as an example, and then ease off to show her Solomonic mercy). Any thoughts Ann Arbor-ites? Quote

No real ties to U of M so no clue. However Google A-I infers it may mark an end to the "Good Ol Boys" club that seems to have dominated the monied sports in recent years, One AD candidate it mentioned is Candice Storey Lee, current AD at Vanderbilt (????)
