Fun fact. When one lawmaker introduces a bill, it doesn’t mean that law is close to going into affect of even if it has support among the whole party. I would suspect there isn’t much statewide support for this.

Once again your propaganda is misleading. The 13.8% Repugakins are pushing combines two separate, proposed taxes that would apply to certain high income and investment income, not to everyone's wages. 

Only very high earners, basically those with incomes over $1 million would face the 10% top marginal rate and only those same high income households and significant investment income would pay the additional 3.8%. Most Virginians will probably see no change at all.

I am sure the Rich men north of Richmond will love that. If implemented expect a mass exodus similar to California. N Virginia even pulled her over the line, big thank you to them.

Do you feel HB968 if implemented prohibiting hand counting of ballots a “good” move for democracy as well?

They're happy to take the federal money, though, that VA sends to them. Maybe they should give that money back.

Still paying less overall than I was in Oakland Co, Michigan. The weather is better too, except for this weekend.

Can't complain. We looked at a few "low tax" areas. Trust me you get what you pay for. I'll pay the little more for a bit of real civilazation, unlike Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida,  etc
