OK I did go to a Disney movie last weekend. I'm sure Trumpers disapprove of Hamilton though 

Is that any good? I've always wanted to see the show but could never justify spending several hundred dollars for it.

I was skeptical before seeing it. It's good. You might want to check out the soundtrack first.

The current "movie" that's out is a filmed Broadway performance they made in 2020 with the original actors. It's been rereleased for a temporary run in theaters.

A lot less expensive than  stage productions

I'm one of the few that didn't care for it.  I know I'm an outlier I guess and accept it.  I generally hate musicals.  I struggle understanding what they are singing.  So when we watched the "movie" i had the subtitles on.  I knew the history already.  And reading the text made me miss the production somewhat.  I don't know... I just didn't see the big deal.  My wife saw it at the Fisher and loved it.

I can put the Hamilton soundtrack on at any time and my kids are into it.
