When my partner and I opened our first restaurant my girlfriend was talking to some employees and a few mentioned they didn't have anywhere to go for Thanksgiving. She invited them over for dinner and I think 7 people ended up coming.

That morphed into an annual dinner hosted by my girlfriend and my partners wife. We're expecting over 200 people tomorrow.
