    You would not be surprised to know that investigative types tend to lodge these in the dark corners of our brains. Without looking: 86 is China 7 is the Former Soviet states 92 is Pakistan (where there are so many traces done that everyone's phone would be considered derogatory anywhere else) 91 is India 55 is Brazil 56 is Chile 54 is Argentina 27 is South Africa
