  1. That is such a tough choice, but the right one to make. My wife had no family history that she knows of, and luckily she only needed 2 lumpectomies. It was microscopic, so they couldn't find it the first time. She only has two more treatments left, then she'll be done with chemo.

  2. If you look at the actual letter they they specifically say "spirited debate about policy is protected" and instead refer to threats of violence as being the issue. So yeah... you are full of shit. The entire GOP is full of shit.

  6. Perhaps but I don't think the regime should go into next assuming that they'll finish bottom 5 then draft their franchise QB. That's what I mean, there are too many variables that can happen in a year to change the course of things. Holmes and co. can't just assume that they are guaranteed to be in position to draft a franchise QB in 2023, that's fan talk really. Also, Young and Stroud could disappoint, get injured etc. I remember back when they drafted Stafford, there was talk that they should take Curry because Bradford will be even better than Stafford and yes, Bradford was hyped to the moon back then and we saw what happened. I'm not saying that this is a Stafford situation, it was more about hitching your wagon to future events assuming that everything will go according to plan. Point being that everything should be on the table in the 1st round including QB, they need playmakers especially at the QB position.

  9. I was diagnosed when I turned 50. I was 5'9 and 190 lbs and in about 6 weeks I dropped 35 lbs. No family history, not obese, very active physically and I ate fairly healthy. No idea how I can down with it. It's under control now but it is a nasty disease if unchecked. The excess glucose will eventually cause major problems.

  12. No. They didn’t ask me any questions. Just gave them my old card and my license. When she got hers a few weeks ago she told me that. So I decided to go before the kids get approved.

  13. My dad kicked cancers ass about 7-8 years ago. Prostate and Colon, he was in his late 70's. 86 today and still going as strong as an 86 year old man can I guess. Keep up hope, it is what keeps us going.

  14. There is a part of me tells me that’s what they want. Especially the whole thing about Beloved in Louden County. Stir up controversy over a stupid minor issue to get the base involved. But bore the rest of us

  15. a friend of mine went through this over the summer. Family history of it. They saw something they didn't like, did a biopsy, came back ok but they said she was at increased risk due to the results... so she had a double mastectomy. Afterwards they did find cancer in what they removed. She was going back and forth about whether she was making the right decision and that confirmed it.
