The other thing that we have to be careful about also is not putting too rose colored a set of glasses on history. I remember when you were one of the more liberal posters on the board. I think some people went away when all the Detroit sports teams started to suck. Others became more liberal when the Republican party became batshit crazy under Trump.

Need some extreme lineup measures... It's time to move Tork up to the cleanup spot. Until Baez heals, we have a hole in the 3-spot. We're stuck with Candy in the 3 spot until then I think. But I also think that Candy can be a pretty decent hitter and putting Tork behind him might help get him back on track. Just a guess... But in the 1-2 spot I'm looking at righty-lefty splits. That means against RH'ers it's Baddoo-Meadows, then Candy, Tork, Miggy? then choose the lesser evil of Castro, Barnhart, Grossman (or Reyes?), Schoop (against righties) for 6-9. Against LH'ers it's Reyes, Grossman, then Candy, Tork, Miggy, Schoop, then choose the lesser evil of Castro, Haase (or Garneau?), Grossman (or Cameron? or Meadows? or Baddoo in the 9th spot?) for 7-9. I can't wait for both Baez and Greene to be back in this lineup.
