    Its interesting to me that he actually has a better career batting line vs RHPs than LHPs. His defense appears suspect at best. I'd like to avoid that.

    I think Correa gets at least 10 years and over $300M. I don't know what Baez will get, but it shouldn't be $250M. I think that's way too much for him. I definitely wouldn't want the Tigers to go more than 4 years for him. I saw an estimate of 5/$100M for him. I think that's probably reasonable.

    I would agree with you there. I would also like to know how much tailgating you have done already today if you are seriously thinking Baez is going to get $250M this offseason. Please do not operate any heavy machinery for a while.

    Frank Jackson was possessed in this game. He was a fun watch. It seemed like he blended in some more driving to the basket than in the past, but maybe its just my perception. Diamond in the rough? Maybe not a diamond per se, but a quality shooter off of the bench.

    One of the positives about Baez is that he is one of the afterthoughts of the SS market and won't command the years or salary of the primary targets. It could be that a contract is constructed such that there are options built in the protect against the aging of his skills.
