    These road victories hurt the lottery odds a bit, but they need the kids need to have some success somewheres this season.

    The transactions section on a player’s basketball reference page can be a bit of a roller coaster. It’s not uncommon to see a draft pick traded 2-4 times before the actual pick has been made.

    I not worried about Torkelson. Last season was awful, it was awful for a lot of Tiger hitters. Maybe its coincidence, maybe it was something in the water. He was at the top of everyone's draft boards, he's put up some good numbers in the minors. Flush last season, look forward to next season.

    So, I just looked at the teams & seeds in terms of place holders for now. Obviously there's a little tussle scheduled this weekend and other little skirmishes the next few weeks to juggle things around a bit. The one thing I would tweak with that is making sure that conference champions don't drive the seeding. Conference champions can be defaulted into the party, but where they sit at the table is determined by overall seeding, ideally by some known "objective" criteria rather than however the wind blows on any given Tuesday.

    I'm 3 years older, a foot taller, numerous pounds heavier than my wife. Oh, and we graduated from rival universities. I guess I can never run for political office now.

    BB% & HardH% were low. BAbip low as well, probably because of the HardH%. I hope for his sake he bounces back. It wouldn't be out of the question for him to rebound a bit. Maybe he'll benefit from a different environment. Or maybe he's just done.
