    That's why I prefer Turner because he can hit the 3. But defensively, as Del pointed out, he's not as good defensively compared to his high-end shot-blocking numbers...

    Yeah... I actually REALLY LIKED sagnam's post because it was a nice summary of the many, many crappy officiating instances where they try to F over a team. In fact, I think I am going to have to go back to his post and show him some love to show that there's no hard feelings at all... Peace and love dudes!!!

    PS: That also helps draft position as the Rams stay in the #6 spot instead of falling to #7. A tie actually is the best possible outcome for the Lions.

    I chalk that Panthers game up to: Frigid weather, concrete-like turf, and the Lions just froze up due to these conditions. Which I hope was a learning event for the team, and I'm certain Campbell harped on it that week. The team is going to face adverse situations - weather, officiating, other - and they are going to have to fight through any of that in order to get to the top. I think they folded in Carolina and they can't do that if they wanna win. Especially once they're in the playoffs.

    I'm assuming that any major trade that we make in that vein absolutely would include a 1st rounder... Not even necessarily this year's 1st but next year's, at a minimum. But I'm just guessing.

    Definitely, estrepe was the best of us. I've only opened up politically in the past 5 or 6 years or so... Probably why I don't remember them so much. I actually recognize the avatar names... just not much in the way of conversation. I was all sports/ only sports for the longest time... or only made time for that in a busy life... I remember DTroppens and Cult of Pena (also mentioned above) moreso...
