Blake Snell, Matt Chapman and Cody Bellinger still unsigned. This is where I miss Mike Ilitch (though he’d give each a 7-year contract).

I wish Cody and Evan Petzold would dump their podcast mates and do one together. It’s been said before, but Tiger podcasts are the worst. Which is a big waste as I would love to get more Tiger content that way. I just took a job in Chicago and will be in the car going back and forth most week and there is only so much 70’s Soft Rock one can take.

Seems to me they want Keith at 2B, Jung at 3B.

Slamming Goff broadly (yes, he has some limitations, as do most QB’s) just demonstrates a lack of NFL acumen and I will continue to dismiss. QB is not a problem or weakness for this team, and hopefully Hooker can have a successful apprenticeship similar to what has worked in Green Bay, when we eventually decide to move on from Goff.

There is a glass is half full version of this. We have all of our draft picks and ample cap space. Players will want to come and be a part of this team. And Brad Holmes making the moves, with an ownership willing to invest. Still much upside for our younger players, including LaPorta, Gibbs, Jamo (who showed up yesterday), Branch, Campbell, etc. Goff has the respect of his team and has now proven he can get teams to a conference championship game.

Whoever was going to get cut when he made the team in ST. Just need to accelerate it a couple of months.
