amen thompson? the pistons need a lot of things. a 6'7 uber athlete who can defend is one of them. not being able to shoot is definitely an issue, but if he can defend, he'll be drafted real high. otoh, patrick williams was supposed to be that guy and he's been a bust in chicago. but that might have more to do with his passive personality and not mixing well with lavine/derozen. hard to develop when all you do is stand in the corner and watch those two go one on five.
