if they lose this game they may not win another game all season.

a bad jazz team missing almost all their starters.  at home.  jazz on a back to back AND third game in four nights.

part of me hopes they lose, just because it would be so hilarious.

kris dunn is still in the league?  huh.

i remember stacey king talking about how great he was for years.  tried hard.  great athlete.  just couldnt do the simple things and couldnt close late in games.

kind of like justin fields...

I’ve never seen such confidence associated with a 20some game losing streak.

i have to try something.  my usual complete obnoxious pessimism hasnt done much for the squad.

omg theyre down 13 points!

i think every nba team is now going to seriously bust their ass to beat detroit so they wont be the one who finally loses to them.

this game should be an automatic W.  back to back, third in four nights.  on the road.  half the team out.  teams best player out.

and were down by 13.  oy.

That will be JEIII's excuse, "The Pistons are unfortunately in a spot where teams are going to make sure they play their best game against them....."

Livers should not be out there. We need to break this losing streak.

Monty subbing 5 for 5 is annoying.  Keep Cade or Ivey out there in a game like this that we have a chance to win.

I mean where do you expect the points to come from when you run Sasser, Livers, Ausar, Burks and Wiseman? They would need to play defense like the going to work Pistons to make up for the lack of offense.

Wiseman has absolutely no basketball iq. Decides to go try to block a shot he had no chance at leaving the backside man free for the put back.

rinse, repeat.

pistons down 7 with 7 to play!  crunch time.  time for cade to step up.

It's funny how my view of close games has changed due to so many Pistons blowouts. Like the Atlanta game the Pistons were down 10-15 most of the game and down like 7 with 2 minutes left and I thought to myself "atleast they are playing a close game" when in reality it really wasn't THAT close cause the whole time their win probability was under 10%.

I really don't want to see Cade fail to close again.  Not that Ivey is any better but we need to spread the wealth around a little bit in clutch situations.

I like the Cade/Ivey pairing.

It would be nice if you could count on them to make open looks at a decent rate cause they seem to have no problem getting them when they are together.

We just can't win a close game with these guards.  Between their poor three point shooting and penchant for turning it over, it's really tough.
