Tigermojo Posted April 29, 2025 Posted April 29, 2025 I always vote NDP but I switched to Liberal only because of Trump. Quote

TJ Rollercoaster Posted April 29, 2025 Posted April 29, 2025 Seems likely that it's a minority government - which will take a long time to explain how that works to Trump voters in rural diners Quote
Hongbit Posted April 29, 2025 Posted April 29, 2025 Trump doesn’t concede elections. He either wins or says it was fixed. Sure it seems ridiculous, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see him start the rhetoric of an unjust liberal fixed election to begin a hostile military takeover of Canada. Quote

Harris stated we have no troops in current war zones anywhere in the world. Then Marines stationed there posted a video in response asking "Then were the hell are we at?". We, just like Trump dodged a bullet this election. If having an ignorant authoitarian madman as the President is escaping a bullt, then we escaped a bullet. He's an absolute disgrace. Quote

CMRivdogs Posted May 18, 2025 Posted May 18, 2025 Trump seems to be giving the far right dictator wannabes a bad name. Another loo for the Big Orange Blob Quote

Mr.TaterSalad Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago It's looking increasingly likely that Peter Magyar is going to beat autocrat Viktor Orban in the Hungarian general election today and become their next leader. It looks like his TISZA party will get a strong majority over Orban's fascist Fidesz party as well. I hope this happens!!! Quote

Mr.TaterSalad Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Amazing! Viktor Orban and the Fiedsz party lost and Peter Magyar and the TISZA has won. Fascism was beat back in Hungary and democracy won!!! Quote
romad1 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago While this falls in the relatively innocuous “world politics” bin… The fallout from this is very cross-cutting. Quote
