I'm pretty sure there is, although I interpret the story as changing the test from something that is achievable and can be objectively scored to something subjective that is up to the person who's giving the test in the moment. That's essentially how the southern literacy tests for voting worked—as long as the loyalists were put in charge of the testing, the state got the result they sought.

Oh man...the stories coming out about the "process" in the Venezuelan boat attack are very alarming.  They did not involve the DoD lawyers at all.  They normally do the interdiction/capture in these cases.  They are calling the people on the boat "affiliated or associated with" the purported gang.  The Coast Guard which actually has arrest authorities were not involved at all.   So, this was Adderall and Jim Beam making a decision to take down a "drug" cartel.

No measure of anything but the special election here in NOVA for Gerry Connolly replacement is today.  There were no GOP people at the polling place this morning.  Dems were in full effect.  In previous specials, the GOP would be right there along side the dems.  It can't be popular to be on the side of the mass firings and screwball Heritage 2025 stuff.

The best part will be if/when MAGA goes into decline and the recriminations start, and the red hats will blame liberals/Democrats/you/me for being complicit in allowing a system to evolve to lead to a Trump being elected in the first place.
