Motown Bombers Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago New nickname for Trump just dropped: Dirty Don. Quote
Edman85 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I think grains of salt need to be taken with any email from Epstein. He's not the most credible person. Quote

oblong Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago The fruitless point of all of this is to a not insignificant number of GOP voters, this kind of stuff is a feature not a bug. Quote

RatkoVarda Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago its going to hard for future historians to understand how the POTUS was a convicted felon, a pedophile, and a grifter - who held absolute dominion over 1/3 of the country, most of whom he despised. 1 1 Quote

They will support the abject destruction of America and even themselves just to avoid ever admitting to you, me, and people like us that they could ever have been wrong. I'm generally not a huge fan of CS Lewis, but I remember in one of his novels he very aptly describes the person who has every understanding and opportunity to save himself but is just so habituated in his mind set, that even if he takes no real joy in his current state, he can't - wont' move himself out of it. (in Lewis's case of course he's talking religion, but the personality description fits a wider spectrum) Edited 18 hours ago by gehringer_2 Quote

Motown Bombers Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago This all seems pretty strategic. You get 8 dem senators who are retiring and/or not up for re-election end the shutdown, you let the rest of the caucus attack them, then you drop these Epstein emails to focus attention back on Dirty Don. 1 1 Quote

I thought the timing had to do with the imminent swearing in of the AZ rep. Quote

Motown Bombers Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Me thinks the Epstein client list is really just one individual named Dirty Don. Quote
GalagaGuy Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago It wouldn't matter to 99% of Trump supporters if they saw video from Epstein's security system showing Trump abusing a teenager. 1 Quote

CMRivdogs Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Today's JVL https://www.thebulwark.com/p/trump-spent-hours-with-epstein-victim?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=87281&post_id=177461111&utm_campaign=email-post-title&isFreemail=false&r=45wcm&triedRedirect=true&utm_medium=email Quote I’ll leave you with this: The Trump administration has committed a series of strange acts. The attorney general claimed to have physical possession of a list of Epstein’s clients, only to later claim that no such list exists. The Justice Department interviewed Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, and got her to say “I never witnessed [Trump] in any inappropriate setting in any way.” Today’s emails suggest this testimony to be, at the least, incomplete.¹ After Maxwell gave favorable testimony to the DoJ concerning Trump, she was transferred to a pleasant Club Fed facility. The Republican speaker of the House has kept the House out of session to avoid a vote on releasing more Epstein-related files. Tell me: If Trump was deeply involved with Epstein and the pedophile ring, what would he be doing differently to cover his tracks? Also, after this email drop on the files isn't it more than a bit concerning that Epstein's death has never really been fully investigated? Quote
