He likely believes all the usual tropes and stereotypes about blacks. Those he does keep around are tokens and for photo ops to prove he is not some racist. There's a reason though you haven't heard him say jack **** about the $80 million welfare scheme in Mississippi but you have heard him groaning on about the fraud in Minnesota.
