A word to my friends:  Sometimes we respond to a primal scream with something heartfelt and detailed.  Sometimes we respond with a nod.  I do it, others do it.  We just need to recognize that is what is happening.   "I got you" responses or reacts are sometimes just fine.   

A lot of this forum is just primal screaming.  We have to share with someone the awful just to register if for the moment that we see it.    

There are other times when we have a notion that we aren't sure others are seeing.  I ask for patience in those instances as well.  

Sometimes during special crazy periods.  We can be like a Lions game thread.  I hope we aren't held to be too accountable for those times.

Hopefully Peter Magyar beats that fat fascist **** Orban. I am part Hungarian-American, so I've taken an interest in Hungarian politics during Orban's reign of terror. Peter Magyar isn't a left or left-leaning politician by any means. He's not the type of person I would normally vote for. But he does seem to be pro-democracy and anti-corruption. Even though he's a former member of Orban's Fidez party, I'd still take him and trust him over Orban's brand of fascism were I a Hungarian voter. The polling has gone back and forth. It seems Magyar is ahead in some polling. Not sure what polling is valid and what is just Orban and Fidez propaganda.

He's still clueless. I'm sure he thinks he's being both noble and clever but all he's really doing is keeping himself irrelevant - which given his ineptitude is probably for the best. I still sort of have sympathy for him having gotten in so far over his head. He clearly didn't have the intellect to manage his own admin and so in multiple areas he became the tool of people he should have thrown out of the oval office. Plus he completely poisoned the well for his brother, who was one of the people that might have been able to help shepherd the GOP back to sanity - had he ever gotten the chance.

A good way to start fixing it is the 800 pound gorilla in the room - The Epstein files. There was a poll asking who should be the first two people arrested. Easy; the first, the last and ever other sick **** in between. Nothing else is acceptable.
