I have had Covid before and it was no big deal for me, but I will be teaching for the next 8 months and if I get Covid I am supposed to stay at home. That means remote teaching for a week which isn't good. The lecture is OK, but doing computer labs in breakout rooms is not a good way to learn. Quote

Of course, for starters, the term "processed" is so vague a term as to be scientifically meaningless when it comes to food. It's not easy in the neighborhoods in Detroit to find good fresh food that's good for you. especially if you don't have a car. But that can of soup and beef stick and cheese from the gas station will have to do. That's all you can get. Quote
