Well, season's over, but assuming the Super Bowl window is closed is ridiculous.

But Brad & Dan have a lot of work.

I felt like before they really got all the way home that they would have a step-back year and this was that year, but they really need to get a competent OC - and they have to figure out how to stay healthy.  What the hell are they doing with these guys?

The O-Line was a major drop off this year and I have a feeling Decker's going to retire, so they have a lot of work to do on that and the defense,  wow........tough to win with a MASH unit out there, but come on, man.

Third-place schedule next year.  Take advantage of it.

Is there any money to sign OL free agents? And some defensive secondary help? Drafting players is a crapshoot.

And Goff still has taken us to fewer Super Bowl than grossman. But hey hang your hat on that he is great because he went to one with another team.

I noticed you quit harassing me about Goff because you were totally wrong. You can go back to whatever rock you slithered out from under.

It was on St Brown. He ran right into the defender and pushed him to get open.

That was one of the most Lions ways I’ve ever seen them lose.

I mean, I knew the season was over as soon as Goff got tackled in the end zone, but to just stick the knife in and twist it like that is just so SOL.

And the coup de grace of the whole thing was when the ref making the call at the end said “it’s a touchdown HOWEVER …” I mean, who else does this even happen to??

The SOLs are fully back. Holmes and Campbell can’t fight 60-plus years of history.

Picked to win the North by many. Super Bowl pick by some. And they likely won't even make the playoffs. Even the most cynical, negative Lions fans didn't see this coming.

What was I wrong about? That I don’t think someone should be evaluated on a career or talent because they once appeared in a championship? Sorry don’t think Robert Horry is better than Charles Barkley either.

its fine you can be angry with me, I don’t care lash out. I and other questioned if this was a playoff team weeks ago, you assured us then posted that quote. Clearly I was right on that one. So got at least one right.

but as I said lash out if you need someone to angry at, it’s just a message board and I don’t care nearly enough to be bothered by it.

go back to telling everyone how great Goff is and how great this team is when most reasonable people can see there are warts on both that need to be fixed.

That's where the work comes in.    But I totally trust this regime.  They brought us out of the abyss and they can do it again.

There's surprises every year. Good and bad. Who thought Chicago and Carolina would be in it this late? And how about the Kansas City collapse? Sometimes the teams that make the playoffs arent the best teams, they're the ones who stayed the most healthy.

He spent 2 years calling to fire Ben Johnson every game and now he says Ben is a great coach. Typical troll behavior.

If everyone just mutes him he will be shouting into the void like nature intended.

I posted ad nauseam about why I thought Goff still had potential. I used Stafford's career arch as one reason and you chased me around this forum for a good year harassing me. Then when I was proven right you disappeared only to reappear again when you finally got something right.
