Morocco basically relaxed controls usually in place to precipitate this specifically to give Spain a black eye after Spain sent a delegation to Algiers. After generating a lot of chaos, senseless deaths, and context/truth free tweets like the one above, and if anything making Spain less favorably disposed to Morocco, the mass of the group have been sent home.
