Sewell is potentially an all-pro RT. ASB was the steal of his draft. Rodrigo looks like the steal of his. Jury is out on Jaymo but he could be the fastest player in the NFL when he arrives. Under this staff, Swift (when healthy) became the most explosive RB in the league. Okudah has come back from a torn achilles to flash potential of being a shutdown corner. 

The roster was trash when they came in. They are now solid at starter at most positions, but don't have the depth to overcome injuries to a starting safety and five of their top eight players on offense. 

If you thought this team was deep enough to contend this year, after winning only three times last year, that's on you, not on them.
