Deleterious Posted February 4, 2023 Author Posted February 4, 2023 (edited) They might not play Kyrie again. Why risk the injury. Although, Mark Stein reported Brooklyn is more inclined to finish the season with Kyrie and let him enter free agency. They feel there isn't a team he would sign with that will have the cap space so there would need to be a sign and trade. EDIT: I think it is actually Marc Edited February 4, 2023 by Deleterious Quote
Deleterious Posted February 5, 2023 Author Posted February 5, 2023 I feel like they are missing someone in that Cleveland equation. Quote
Deleterious Posted February 6, 2023 Author Posted February 6, 2023 Shams said Phoenix offered CP3, Crowder, and a first for Kyrie. Brooklyn wanted two more picks. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 I loved the fact the Nets owner basically said to trade him anywhere but the Lakers since that's where he wanted to go most. I love that level of spitefulness against these players that want to pick and choose where they go after demanding to be traded. 1 Quote
1984Echoes Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 I think Noel gets moved. I am 99% certain. The question is: does 1 of Bey/ Burks/ Bojan get moved? I don't think it will be more than one. But will it even be one? I think yes... but only 50% certain on this... Quote

I guess I would take a shot if he was cheap. But we already have one unskilled big in Duren and I am not sure a roster needs two of them in todays game. Also, how can Detroit trade for him without taking sending anything out? We are over the cap so that doesn't make sense. We can do it this summer when we have cap space, so maybe he means that? I don't know. Quote

I thought Wiseman was supposed to have some projectable offensive skills or have people kinda given up on that thought? Quote

Was definitely the thinking coming out of college. But didn't he miss 90% of his college season due to his suspension? So we never really got to see him play against better competition. He sure hasn't shown much in the NBA so far. Looks slow on defense. Low BBIQ. I hate to use the D word but the entire situation reminds me of Darko. Quote
RatkoVarda Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 I know he will never play a second for them but I would fly to Utah to see Westbrook suit up for the Jazz. Quote

It'll be interesting to see what the Nets do on the court the rest of the season. Imagine that, stories about the Nets on the court as opposed to off of the court? Quote
buddha Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 its good they got some pickd back cause the rockets own all the nets picks for the next five years. Quote
