Keith 1-4 with a HR and a walk and after taking the day off yesterday the Dirk Dingler returns to the lineup and stays hot going 2-4 with a walk and 3 RBIs. Flores had another so so outing it appears, 5 innings of 3 run ball with only 3KS and 2BBs. I don't know what his stuff has looked like but judging by the results it must be way down this year.

I am super pissed that Norton Antivirus has become that. Seemingly every day I got a laptop notice that they have found a few hundred trackers, or I have a couple gig of garbage files I should clean off my computer, click here to solve. Then, when I do, the Norton app opens and instead of showing me the page to solve these problems, it’s an ad to upsell me the services needed to solve these problems. What am I paying $100+ a year for if the app is not already doing these things?

I think what is hard, particularly with catchers, is that you don't 100% know whether nagging injuries were a factor in performance. Just wonder if that was the case here.

I don't think it's being done to manipulate service time. He has pitched poorly this year and it should be mutually beneficial for him to work things out in the minors.

It'd be nice to sweep. But this series is in hand. A 6th/7th/8th type SP is on the mound. Its a getaway game. The next series is in the Tigers' personal house of horrors in Cleveland. Hopefully today is competitive to keep that feeling going, Faedo can get into or through the 6th and the bullpen doesn't get too taxed. Don't look now, but the lineup has been picking up its end of the bargain to go along with the bullpen. Keep that going into Cleveland. Keep winning series.

Yeah. Maybe the move isn't made if they didn't have rotation/timing issues. And it isn't surprising to see some inconsistency in Turnbull's early return. Hopefully he takes it in stride, works on what he needs to, and he is a viable piece of the rotation before too long.

Dan seems to do alright extending commentaries through multiple batters. Plus on the radio, on pitches that are not hit, which is most of them, the listener has no idea if Dan is giving the pitch in exact real time so it's pretty easy to slide a few seconds here and there to finish a thought and when I listen to him while watching the video - he does exactly that. It is probably tougher for the TV guys to work around each other - or it should be, but we know Bally is all too happy to miss a play in field while Trevor or the guys in booth are mugging for the camera and yukking it up.

I’m tired of apps for companies making this transition from a utility to just pay my bill or get support to something being used to sell me services. The latest is my mortgage. Before I can get to payment options they keep pushing me to refinance or telling me how valuable my home is if I want to sell.

Bryce Harper had TJ surgery the day before Thanksgiving and he is scheduled to make his return this week. Obviously being a position player changes things but still that's crazy to be ready to go less than 6 months after the surgery.

Not MLB, but still worth watching
