  1. They should draft Carter at 6 and immediately send him on a 3 day darkness retreat to cabin in Oregon. That should fix everything.
  2. His own agent couldn’t have sold it better.
  3. Moseley has missed 22 games the past 3 years and is now coming off ACL. I like the gamble but any plans for him next season should be written in pencil and come with a contingency plan.
  4. Moseley is a lottery ticket to me. Nothing bad about him but I’m not counting on much. Even if he plays well, he seems destined to get injured. If we are lucky and he can beat the odds and stay healthy, he’s a definite upgrade. Worth the shot. I also assume the 1 year deal for Will Harris doesn’t guarantee much and means he still has to earn a roster spot. I still see them drafting a corner but probably not in round 1 anymore.
  5. It’s probably from the Twitter accounts of Iain Rappoport and Alan Scheftter
  6. So so wrong. The entire thing is weighted based on which round the picks are in. The Cardinals spent 26% of draft capital the last 5 years on QB. This doesn’t mean they drafted 8 QBs. They drafted 2 but both were in the top 10 overall. What the hell does it matter whether a player made the team or was a pro bowler. It’s only measuring what position teams have emphasized on draft day.
  7. Not at all. I got a ton of value finding out what the NFL average was over 5 years at each position. Don’t tell me that you knew that WR the position that NFL teams invested the most draft capital on the last 5 years. The Eagles spent 27% of their draft capital on WR. Cardinals 26% and Jets 20% trying to find a QB.
  8. A PFF Data guy put this out. It covers part of the Quinn era but it’s a breakdown of which positions each team has spent their draft capital since 2018.
  9. He played great in this game. He played great in about 4 other games. The problem is he was really bad in about 5 others. He needs to be really bad in 1 or 2 games max. It’s a position where his floor can’t be that low. It crushes the entire structure of the defense.
  10. 2 years younger with an above average PFF ranking of 76.2 vs. the below average 59.2 of AA.
  11. Book on him is good skills but was all read option in college. Unsure if he can read defenses and go through progressions.
  12. One good part of the Anal deal is it now has me more optimistic that they will go above and beyond to bring back Jamaal Williams.
  13. He’s not anymore, prove otherwise. Lol.
  14. Are you really using his numbers from the 2017 Combine. Lol.
  15. AZ was not horrible but he was very average. He’s probably not a starter on a good team. This is an area where they could’ve used an upgrade. He’s also getting older and they’ve given him a 3 year deal for a significant raise. Hopefully, the terms come in and it’s a glorified 1 year deal.
  16. He’s got a great attitude and makes a ton of tackles. Unfortunately, most of those tackles are about 3 yards further down the field than where a faster and more athletic LB makes the tackle. He’s great at letting a 2nd & 7 become a 2nd & 4
  17. So so bad. We’re going to pay twice as much for the older, slower version of already old and slow LB:
  18. Never in a million years was Holmes going to pay him that kind of money.
  19. Turns out they picked up an extra second round pick and got a similar player. Although I don’t think they needed to go that high to kelp Roquan.
  20. Better message sent by doing what he did on the next call than just tossing him. It was totally out of line from the ump but I like personally how it all played out. He’s suspended and may not ump college ever again. Two wrongs may not always make a right but it can usually teach two important lessons for the future.
  21. This is so much more than what I anticipated he’d sign. Either the market is exploding or the dumb ass Bears did quite an overpay.
  22. I’d think it would but it’s the Raiders so conventional wisdom is out the window.
  23. He can’t retire and pass up $60M, right. It’s not like he’s a Brady, Brees, or Gronk that can move right into a play by play booth for silly money. Nobody wants to hear him talk about anything.
