That was against the 111th ranked defense in the country. There were high school defenses that were better coached and more fundamentally sound.

This is my first wtf pick. It’s not the player but the value. I can’t believe anyone was talking him this early and he’s not worth a 3rd rounder. Not good use of draft capital and assets. Don’t like it but still not as bad as using your last pick in the draft on a punter in the 4th round.

Who doesn’t love a full revamp of the most suspect position on the team. Replacing UDFA talent like Jacobs & Lucas with 1st and 2nd round players is massive.

I read somewhere that Roger Goodell rarely shakes hands. The only times that he does is with people that he doesn’t like and he touches his junk beforehand.

Agree. I loved the fit with Arnold but he wasn’t really on my radar. I figured they’d need to trade up into the early teens. I didnt think Brad would give up the mint it would’ve taken from to move there from 29.

The big blue wave begins today. How many Michigan players will get drafted? After JJ yesterday, they need 15 more to tie the record of Georgia in 2022. Also interested to see how many get taken by the Chargers.

All of these QB’s off the board means fewer calls from teams wanting the Lions #29. Think they will pick…or maybe move up.

Cooper Dejean has long seemed like an ideal Brad Holmes Lions pick. He checks off all the boxes. If he’s still there in the early 20’s, I can very well see him jumping up in front of Green Bay to ensure they don’t lose him to a division rival.
