undefeated tcu, 1 loss usc with wins over ucla, notre dame, and oregon, and 2 loss lsu with wins over bama and georgia? if you squint hard you can see it. i doubt it, but a close victory by ohio state that is heavily ref enabled and then a loss to iowa might make the committee think twice? probably not, but maybe.

the dream scenario for the committee is for michigan/ohio state to be a close game and then tcu loses and usc wins out. georgia, ohio state, michigan, and usc is a tv ratings gold mine.

would you stop? tcu barely holds on to beat a bad baylor team and you have them jumping michigan and you have tennessee with one loss jumping an undefeated michigan. why wouldnt a one loss tennessee top a tcu team that has barely won half its games?

its college football, lkke you said there are no perfect teams and teams have weeks where shit just doesnt work and the play poorly and lose. so far michigan has been able to avoid the losing part despite playing poorly against maryland and illinois. if they play poorly against ohio state, they'd have to get really lucky not to lose. ohio state was garbage against northwestern, penn state, and iowa. they won them all. georgia was garbage against missouri and won. tcu has pulled a rabbit out of their ass multiple times this year, including today. everyone has bad games. this was a bad game. the sky isnt falling unless the injuries are too much.

this did feel like being a michigan fan in the 70s and 80s all over again. being a zero or one loss team and then losing to wisconsin or purdue or ricky flipping foggie and blowing the whole season. ah the memories. now if harbaugh wants to continue to be like Bo he will lose to ohio state or beat them and then lose the bowl game!

last year they barely beat rutgers at home in a game they probably should have lost.

this should make the line for next week osu -7 or something like that. michigan is a much different team without blake corum and donovan edwards. which shouldnt be a surprise considering how good those two are.
