I think it was the best TV show I've ever watched. Bummed that my wife couldn't get into it. I understand how some didn't like it because the pacing was so different from BB. I believe the Howard situation coincided with their mid season break but they didn't plan it that way but it definitely gave off cliff hanger vibes. I also think that episode is when Bob had his heart attack. They had a tough plane to land given we knew the future somewhat and they were teasing us throughout the series but I'm sure they didn't have an overall arc. They did it.

So now he's in charge and the revenue isn't what he needs it to be. He sees journalists and others using the site to promote their works and tried to get a piece. His ego forced him into fights and grievances and won't let him back down. He misunderstood the value of the original blue check. It's not unusual to offer up some perks to users who want a better experience somehow but $8 a month is too much. If he made it something like $2 he might have gotten some bites, I am giving that much to a couple of patreons who run podcasts on niche topics I listen to and I figure it's my way of thanking them. They're not getting anything from advertising. He might be able to turn twitter into something profitable but it won't be the same site it used to be.

I could see sueing him in his capacity as a producer on the film, as in theory he's then shares some responsibility for the staff, unless his contract explicitly says he's not. But as an actor I don't see it. I know they have the ability to check and are trained and all that.... but ultimately you have people for that. An actor isn't responsible for equipment. If a car's brakes failed do you hold them liable for not checking the brakes? Or that a glass of water or piece of food wasn't poisoned before giving it to another actor in the scene?
