  1. Karamo is already suing Detroit. Just throw shit out there then say "There's doubt..." Even if the doubt is bullshit. MAGA doesn't need facts. "They saw that thing on TV" as the Halloween Spirit Conservative Costume says.
  2. They already did https://www.motownforums.com/topic/49-cleanup-in-aisle-lunatic-ht-romad1/?do=findComment&comment=95605
  3. I agree. Jack Morris gets his fair share of latitudes for being a "big time pitcher in the playoffs" but he had some stinkers in 87 and 92.
  4. I thought it was twice a month.
  5. I know it's a fluke of birth year and that he was in the WS his rookie year, but Verlander will make a WS start in his third decade, covering a 17 year span. Anyone else done that?
  6. If guys like Cramer were so good why wouldn't they just keep it to themselves and get rich and savor the anonymity?
  7. I love them and wish I wasn't having these issues with my hands because you can feel it everywhere. You can make them almost as effective on your knees anyway and remove a lot of the injury risk. Win Win.
  8. be careful. A friend of mine, who is in decent shape for someone in their mid 40's, was doing 100 a day to keep up with his HS boys. He ended up having some kind of muscle attack on his arms but wasn't sure at the time, went to the ER to rule out a heart attack. Don't be afraid to go on your knees. At our age.... it's no joke. I used to bang out 25 at a time but my wrists and fingers started to develop some issues, i wear gloves now. But during our classes if we are doing chest or pushup work I get some 35 pound dumbells and do it that way.
  9. twice a month I meant. Their pay.
  10. I just turned it on Fox News and they are talking about "Democrats slam fed rate hikes"
  11. Seeing the picture of the first installment of his bonus puts it in perspective. $1.9M. Nearly half taken in taxes. A friend of mine use to work in a check clearance outfit or a big local bank, which the Tigers used. He came across two players in the early 90's. One was $50K and the other was $80K. That's twice a week. Even that small amount still seems massive as these were not high caliber players and it was like 1993 or something.
  12. One of the biggest factors in space is weight. A big piece of weight in Apollo was the computer. Apollo 14 almost didn’t land because of a memory issue. They had to wake up the original programmer and get him in to figure out the error. They were down to their last orbit of the moon.
  13. Who would be influenced by him at this point?
  14. That I agree with. Jacob Turner runs a wealth management company. He writes about this. But he’s also reasonable. but it takes some careful planning up front.
  15. That happened in 1992 by the way 🙂
  16. are you saying if a guy gets to $700K a year they should be set via a nest egg? I disagree. Half of that is gone for taxes and other fees. I don't think Eric Haase is set for life if he never plays another MLB game.
  17. speaking of TikTok.... Axios pissed me off yesterday because they sort of bashed the "tiktok generation" by claiming that the new Star Wars Tales of the Jedi series was "catering to them" by having very short episodes, like 15 minutes. Nah bro. There's too much stuff to watch and I love it. It's so much easier to bang out a quick one under 30 minutes rather than a 45-60 minute one. I'm much more likely to watch. I never used TikTok. I'm 49. I doubt I'm the demographic. Also I doubt that the viewers of this show are the TikTok generation anyway.
  18. I know what you mean. There needs to be something behind it. I think it’s laziness. The focus for many is to sing and jump around so they do the easiest lick.
  19. Allred though? Not saying it's false but she's a red flag for me.
  20. Dwight is as legit as they come. Given what Country music came to be after the 1990's I think some of the truer country, like what Tater often shares, can now be grouped into the americana/singer/songwriter genre. if you recall the Ken Burns Country Music doc there was a struggle in the 60's and early 70's on how you separate the Dylans/Kristoffersons/Cashes of the world. Kind of just came down to geography. But I think these folks today are bringing it back full circle.
  21. of a particular team. But even if you look at the overall draft by a year the results are still sporadic in my opinion. Just proves the June draft is just one piece of building a team.
  22. Maggs went to Germany for his procedure. Not sure he even got any offers. Ivan reportedly never got an offer more than a year from anyone else. We gave him 5.
