Following up…. John Tyler had the most kids of any president. 8 with his first wife. With his second, Julia Gardner he had seven. One of those, Lyon, who John had when he was 63, had a son when he was 65 who is still alive today. John Tyler had a daughter who died 157 years after he died.

John Tyler, the tenth president, has a grandson still alive. Age 95. That grandson is also a descendant of Pocahontas thru his mother.

Anecdotally I know of 4 people now who were not going to vote because of Bidens age and now they will vote for Harris.

We got very lucky. Flew out Saturday morning from Detroit to Tampa. We saw people at the airport sleeing on floors. Near one terminal eceryone had complimentary blankets. Our flight was on time but when we got to tampa we had to wait about 45 minutes for a gate to open up. But I was very anxious Friday checking our flight status and wondering what I could do.
