All of this is reminding me that there are LOTS of 'regular guys' like all of us here, who have a platform. So many wild speculations like the one up thread about 3 1sts for Miles Garrett. It's really the wild west out there.😵

Yeah, its fun, especially when your team is this good.

I am pretty sure most of the GM's this teams has had, I could of done better than lol.  Although now, I really don't question Holme's madness.  I just accept it.  Its actually very weird to just put your full trust into the Lions franchise.

The fact that they haven't made a deal yet can either be they are holding out for the best player and best deal or they are not going to make a deal.  I am thinking they are definitely going to make a deal and have multiple options but are going to wait till after this weekend.  Total irresponsible speculation

Still plenty of time for things to happen.

There are teams trying to convince themselves they still have an outside shot at a playoff run that with another loss on Sunday will fold and become sellers.

There will be a flurry of activity starting on Sunday night all the way up to 4:00 on Tuesday.

I feel like we needed a dB even more last year and Brad stuck to his guns and wasn't willing to sacrifice the future for it.

Feel this year will be no different, if the rumored day 3 pick asking price for Smith is true he may go for that but don't see anything bigger than that.

I agree with this. A lot of guys we think are available might not be available yet. And maybe a few guys we don’t think are available could be after Sunday.

Also, I’ve thought since the injury that they would want a few weeks to evaluate their backups and determine how significant their need is. Seems like they were high on Muhammad’s performance.

The bigger point is that some players are just not going to be traded, even if fans think they should be.

The Browns made the playoffs last year and even though they had a terrible start to this season, the AFC has a lot of mediocre teams competing for wildcard spots.

I take this as a former GM telling the audience how he would politely ask another GM to BTFO.
