the angle we will hear is that once Israel attacked the sites but couldn't completely destroy Iran's capacity, that insured Iran would come right back and 'race to the finish line' for a weapon.

So both on a personal emotional level and at the strategic level, Trump was manipulated by Netanyahu to get what he wanted.

I think it sometimes works that way. When I worked for a sales based multi-national, it was often the guys who could really sell that also usually got sold to. Successful sales is just another form of manipulation.

It depends on how you are positioned. I wouldn't want to be short crude oil. Nevertheless, funny this happens on a Saturday, about 18-20 hrs before the futures markets open tomorrow. The insiders are lined up at the checkout counter as we speak. Cha-ching!

The Iranian regime and Trump lie at almost the same velocity, to the claims and counter-claims will  likely be flying for a few days and in the end we'll be left to guess what was or wasn't accomplished.
