The President's brains are pretty much a skillet of scrambled eggs at this point and, for some reason, barely anyone seems to notice

Nobody notices because he presents himself with America's favorite outfits - conservative suit and tie (to show that he's smart) and baseball cap to show that he's a regular guy.  He also throws in some regular guy phrases to go with all the nonsense.

Meanwhile I see videos of Biden on airplanes and trains looking relatively fine for a guy his age.  He was supposed to be in a wheelchair and drinking thru straws by now.
