Not saying they're going to succeed. Only saying they're going to at least try, provided we let them stay around long enough.

Their probability of succeeding is highly correlated with the success of the economy which is not in his favor at the moment.  He can lie about stuff he is doing doing internationally.  He can lie about immigration.  He can lie about lots of stuff and get away with it, but people know full well whether or not they are employed, making enough money and able to afford the necessities.

But it's all Biden's fault............

real wages were down again. They are likely to keep falling as long as inflation stays above 3.5% or so.

A)

For the second month in a row, inflation surpassed wage growth, which was tracking at 3.4% in the most recent jobs report. That pace has slowed since late last year, when average hourly earnings were growing consistently at nearly 4%.

On Wednesday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced separately that real average weekly earnings decreased 0.2 % during May and 0.7% from a year ago.

That's the biggest year-over-year decline in real earnings since February 2023, according to federal data.

Asked about the data later Wednesday in the Oval Office, President Donald Trump replied, "I love it, the numbers were great."

"You know what I really love? I love the inflation", he continued. "When the war is over, it's coming down."

B)

(Bloomberg) -- US President Donald Trump pledged to strike Iran again after accusing the country of delaying talks on an interim peace deal, putting further stress on a fragile two-month truce.

As soon as a Democrat takes office, knock down that piece of garbage.

We should have the military do it like when they knocked down the Saddam statues in Iraq. Let people piss on it for donations to charity.

Or rename it the Obama Memorial. Hopefully, Trump and his cronies will get word of it in their prison cells.

Inflation is way up. Where are all the folks who were screaming about inflation as Joe Biden was rescuing us from Trump's horrible reaction to the Covid pandemic?

We’re at war, so sacrifice is necessary.

Trump's meltdown on Meet the Press was glorious. Calling him out on his election lies caused his face to go from orange to beet red.

His face just went from orange to oranger on my TV.

I agree his party gets crushed in a free and fair election.

We don't know how unfree and unfair it's going to be.  I am not taking the leap that we are in a Russia-style dictatorship just yet.

Yes, we don’t know.
