I’m not getting that and I live in Bass Ackwards, Idaho and I got really stupid stuff during the election season that other people didn’t get.

I'm in Chicago.  That would explain it.  A lot of Trump praise in the PSA

I'm just rolling in after coaching my practice.  Montero went 8 innings!   This DH went pretty well I'd say.  Colorado is a dead fish and we are very much the opposite.

so which was #27 today? Montero or Hicklen?

Per the wrap up on mlb.com

Right-hander Keider Montero was called up from Triple-A Toledo to be the 27th man for the doubleheader, and he started the second game.

I don’t remember watching “Tigers live” at the end of the few games where I had MLB last year. It’s sort of underwhelming.

Concur. Outside the actual players/manager interviews it’s not very interesting.

Yeah, that is the only part I like. I don’t know if being on the road is part of it and when they’re in Comerica they have better facilities to do more or not. I’ve never been big into announcer banter before or after games anyway.

Tomorrow is the beginning of the 21 stage cycling grand tour Giro d’Italia. Lots of climbing through spectacular scenery and I’ve heard it’s even better than the Tour de France.

The race though begins at 5 AM my time. I might be running on fumes by the time baseball games begin, but at least they’re in the eastern time zone which makes them two hours earlier for me than for you those of you who live there.

They sell those oxygen canisters on Amazon. I never knew there was such a thing.

It makes sense. With COPD and other lung diseases like Pulmonary Fibrosis seemingly on the rise. It’s probably more convenient for some than going thru pharmacies and such

In their last 81 games, the Tigers are 56-25. A .691 pace. That's 112 wins in a 162 game season. Yeah, I think, maybe, the rebuild is over. 😆

Yeah, Al Avila did such a good job of stocking this team with prospects and all Harris had to do was come in and push the button. Sheer genius. :classic_rolleyes:

In Idaho, it’s such a red state. It’s a waste of money.

Yeah, the Trump people definitely don't want people from Idaho "self-deporting". </end>

The only part I like about it is the AJ post-game press conference. Once that's done, off it goes.

We're currently on pace for 886 runs this season, given the current run scoring environment in baseball that is insane.

Speaking of which, it's time for Detroit Tigers Jeopardy!

Here is "Tigers Coaches" for $1,000:

Aww, sorry, nobody buzzed in. The question is, "Which three Tigers coaches was everyone screaming for their heads to roll right around this time last year?"

They've been around for awhile.   My wife and I had a Pomeranian with poor cardiac functioning.  He was on meds to help manage his fluid levels and cardiac output...we bought a few of those oxygen cannisters as an emergency fall back if needed.  That was 7 or 8 years ago

That's what I thought. My dad had a CPAP machine about 15 years ago. Noisy as hell...then. I'm not sure how they are now.
